Jena Nelson is a true PROFESSIONAL. She provided an incredible service to me. Her commitment and guidance was admirable. With difficult and demanding customer like me, she never lost her patience and desire to assist. The master key that opened the door to her poweful delivery was her honest connection with me. She never pressured me, gave me all the time I needed while knowing that I may never be able to make a decision. The positive and understanding attitude generated my utmost trust in her. Jena's knowledge and expertise became apparent each time she responded to my questions; sometimes I repeated the questions and she always answered clearly without annoyance.
One thing that Jena did that seemed out of the box was that she took me to different buildings to show me what else was there besides my focus of interest. We even walked around the neighborhood. That was awesome and unexpected.
What can I say about a person who worked relentlessly even while she got sick from the flu? Being ill did not stop her. As the days of the closing approached, she delivered a superb job with her resourcefulness, research, and communication with the management of
Trump International. She did all that while being ill. Her tenacity and ability to deliver such quality work and support is admirable. I can only express my heartfelt appreciation for Jenna’s dependability.

My whole experience with Jena as a realtor was phenomenal. Jena loves what she does and it is apparent thru her quality work. I totally appreciate her hard work in planning and executing the purchase of my condominium at Trump International. She made such a difference in my life that it is impossible to measure. Words fall short, so I will borrow from Shakespeare "I cannot other answer make, but thanks, and thanks." She has been wonderful. Thank you.
