- Advertise you listing on our website, Facebook page, and all syndicated sites to include Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, Realtor.com, as well as sending it out through the international home market

-Take the time necessary to note all upgrades and intangibles your home has to offer a potential buyer

-Hold an Open House if necessary to help generate more interest and feedback
